Adult ADHD Screening Questionnaire (ASRS v1.1)
The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale is an 18-question screening tool developed with the World Health Organization. It can indicate whether a specialist assessment may be worthwhile. It takes about 3 minutes.
This is screening, not diagnosis. NICE NG87 is clear that ADHD can only be diagnosed after a comprehensive clinical assessment by an appropriately qualified professional — never from a questionnaire alone. For children under 18, please call our team or see our child ADHD assessment.
