What we do
We provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments for ADHD, and — for people who are diagnosed and for whom it is clinically appropriate — medication assessment, titration and ongoing monitoring. We also publish clinically reviewed information about ADHD assessment in the UK.
Where we operate
Online assessments are available to people living anywhere in the UK. Face-to-face assessments take place at the Ready Health clinic, 22 High Street, Standish, Wigan WN6 0HL.
Leadership and clinical team
The clinical team is made up of GPhC-registered specialist ADHD pharmacists and independent prescribers, with clinical governance overseen by our CQC Registered Manager. Every clinician has a public profile listing qualifications and professional registration.
Clinical governance
- Monthly clinical quality meeting chaired by the clinical lead
- Case discussion and peer review for complex assessments
- Regular audit of assessments against NICE NG87
- Every clinical page reviewed by a named clinician, with a next-review date
- Named safeguarding lead; enhanced DBS checks for all clinicians
- Incident reporting and learning process
Assessment methodology
All assessments follow our 11-step pathway built on NICE NG87: full clinical and psychosocial assessment, developmental history, information across settings, structured interview, differential diagnosis and clinical formulation. We never diagnose from rating scales alone.
