How to raise a concern or complaint

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by talking to us. Call 01257 676001 or ask to speak to the clinic manager. If you prefer to put your complaint in writing, email us or write to: Complaints, Ready Health, 22 High Street, Standish, Wigan WN6 0HL.

Please include your name, contact details, the date of your appointment (if relevant), what happened and what you would like us to do. You can complain on behalf of someone else with their written consent, or as the parent or carer of a child.

Complaints email address: hello@adhdpath.co.uk (marked "Complaint").

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and tell you who is handling it.

Your complaint is investigated by a senior member of the team who was not involved in your care. Clinical complaints are reviewed by our Registered Manager, Shamir Patel (GPhC 2049338).

We aim to send you a full written response within 20 working days. If the investigation will take longer, we will explain why and keep you updated.

If you are not satisfied

If you are unhappy with our final response, you can ask for an independent review. Independent adjudication is provided by the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS, iscas.cedr.com), the independent complaints body for private healthcare. Please contact ISCAS within 6 months of our final response.

You can also share your experience with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which regulates our clinic (CQC provider ID 1-18976394406). The CQC does not investigate individual complaints but uses feedback to inform inspections. Concerns about an individual pharmacist's fitness to practise can be raised with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

How we learn from complaints

Every complaint is logged and reviewed as part of our clinical governance, and we use what we learn to improve our service. Making a complaint will never affect the care you receive.
