Clinical experience
Clinical independent prescribing pharmacist across private services and primary care, managing NHS Right to Choose and private caseloads. Previously ADHD assessor and prescriber with Clinical Partners, CareADHD and Medinet, and a clinical pharmacist in general practice.
Led protocol development and clinical governance work within private prescribing services, including clinical audit and six-monthly progress reviews.
ADHD experience
Conducts in-depth adult ADHD assessments with DIVA-5 aligned to DSM-5, examining childhood and adult symptoms to reach a clear diagnostic formulation; titrates stimulant and non-stimulant medication, including complex presentations with psychiatric and cardiovascular comorbidity, and liaises with GPs on shared care.

Qualified prescriber. Independent prescriber (University of Bradford Prescribing for Pharmacists programme).
